We’ve decided to centralize all the information on a single website to control all the details of your travel. Please go to our web and complete the registratrion form to control your travel logistics, intolerances or dietary needs.

Hotel rooms are already booked and pre-paid for every attendee from Monday 12nd to Wednesday 14th (12nd and 13rd nights). During the registration process you must indicate if you need additional nights. We will organize the reservation, but you should pay them directly at the hotel if this is the case.

You have to book the transfer within your country and as well the flights to the destination on your own. We will arrange transfers from and to Madrid-Adolfo Suárez Barajas Airport and the hotel, so please fill the fields with your flight schedule.

As usual, the dresscode is smart casual. You never know about the weather, but you may expect temperatures will be around 30 degrees during the day.
